Our Principal
Graham SMith
Graham Smith has over 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry. He has held leadership positions at both national and local health plans and at a national Field Marketing Organization (FMO). He has had responsibility for sales and marketing, operations, communications, web development, and customer experience for ancillary, commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid product lines. His unique combination of experience with sales and operations from both the insurance company and agent/broker sides of the business provides him with a unique perspective and deep industry knowledge. Smith is a Purdue University School of Technology graduate and earned his MBA from Oakland University. He is a licensed insurance agent and holds both the AHIP Certified Healthcare Insurance Executive (CHIE) and Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) designations.
